Provide objective vocational expertise to employers, employees, attorneys, insurance carriers, individuals with disabilities and local communities. PIR emphasizes keeping individuals with disabilities gainfully employed; as well as helping employers create an environment so they can be productive valued employees.
Help employers have proper policy and procedures including up-to-date Essential Function Job Analysis, to ensure success to disabled employees and reduce litigation and possible liabilities.

GOALS:

Help employers be prepared and educated in key elements to ensure compliance with EEOC, FEHA, ADA, and Workman’s Comp.
